Our Mission

At Bata, we recognize the importance of giving back to the communities we serve, and we are deeply committed to making a positive impact and supporting local initiatives. The Bata Children's Program (BCP) focuses on helping children realize their potential, in partnership with local people and institutions. Since 2011, the program has benefited more than 400'000 children in the community where we operate.

Focuses on improving learning environments through infrastructure upgrades, provision of school supplies, uniforms, and support for cultural and educational events.

2.      Health and Safety

Aims to enhance the physical well-being of students through access to shoes, hygiene awareness, immunizations and health check-ups.

3.      Mentoring & Skills

Supports youth development through mentorship, vocational training, internships and recognition programs.
