Club rules

The Bata Club program has duration of 12 months. Points expire annually on a first in first out basis. You will receive a notification on the expiration of point and you have 30 days timeline to make the redemption

At Bata Sales Points

Registration for the Program may take place directly at the Point of Sale cash desks. The interested party must inform Bata personnel of the data necessary to participate in the initiative and accept these Terms and Conditions. The Participant will receive a notification confirming the registration by email or SMS, depending on the type of contact released. The data will be provided by the customer with the support of Bata personnel and the Participant will receive a confirmation message of the registration (via e-mail address).

Buyer details: Depending on whether you are registered (existing user) or shopping as guest, choose either of the options. For guest , provide your e-mail address.

Shipping and billing address: Input the shipping and billing details and verify that they are correct. Clicks submit. (If you wish to change your order you can click manage cart, make amendments).

Shipping option: Choose normal courier. Clicks submit

Payment option: Choose Pesapal and click pay now.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to your home or office. Where address is not clear, pickup at the nearest Bata store or a Fargo Pick up point is allowed.

How long do you take to deliver?

A maximum of 3 days but in some cases it may take up to 5 days

You can view shopping history next time you log in, get updates on what’s new and you do not have to key in shipping details every time you are shopping
